Sunset Cliffs || San Diego Proposal Session
Robin & Jenny
I met Robin and Jenny through a photographer finding site. They were from Nevada and coming to San Diego on vacation during which Robin planned to ask Jenny to be his forever. Travel wise; he had no idea where he was going or how to find the perfect proposal location. Jenny had grown up sort of around San Diego but Robin had never been to Sunset Cliffs, the spot where he hoped to propose. So Hudson, my favorite furry assistant, and I went a few weeks before the proposal to find various options for the proposal site, ideas for the engagement session afterward, while sending Robin photos along the way. A couple of phone calls later and it felt like we were friends at our first meeting even though I found the two of them by their Instagram photos.
These two were so much fun and made it super easy to stick by my die-hard mantra of turning all my clients into friends. As soon as Jenny shed all of her happy tears, we pretty much spent the rest of the evening laughing. Good times!
Congratulations guys! I’m so happy for you and this next venture in life- and when you have a wedding date- I travel!
That’s what he said-
“I live in another state so she took the effort to scope out the location I was interested in, found several sites for our engagement photo shoot, and made key suggestions to make my surprise proposal a success! She takes beautiful, natural lifestyle/portrait photography and uses natural lighting very well. The best part was, she’s very personable and made us feel comfortable. It made the shoot so fun and special!” - Robin
Vendor Love:
Nothing much here but Sunset Cliffs the way God made them and a touch of Garbage Beach at the end.
