How will you deliver my images?

Short answer: online!

Long answer: When your edits are complete I will send you an email with a link to a private, password-protected image gallery. From there you can choose to download and save the images to your computer for social media or printing elsewhere, or you can print them directly from the gallery using the professional printing lab I work with.

You can see a condensed gallery here to get an idea of how I deliver images.

May I see a full wedding gallery?

Absolutely! I would love to show you what a full wedding gallery looks like, how it’s delivered, and an example of what you can expect in your final product. Click here to see a full wedding.

But honestly? Let’s talk about YOUR wedding! I want to get to know you so that I can choose the perfect gallery to show you. For example, perhaps you’re getting married in Liberty Station—I can give you some inspiration by showing you a wedding I have photographed there.

Please keep in mind that my style is, at its core, very emotive-focused and photojournalistic; my creative vision is not in any way constrained by venue choices or seasons! Bottom line, I would love to show you something that echoes the feeling and style you envision for your own wedding.

Should I do a first look or not?

Great question, and don’t worry, you’re not alone in wondering. The answer is annoying though—it depends on you! In short, both options have some major positives, so being informed will help you make the right decision for you and your fiancé.

If you want to read the long answer, I actually wrote a blog post on this conundrum where I go into the pros & cons in depth. Check it out here~

What gear do you use and do you work with a second shooter?

I’m a Canon-girl and a Apple-lover (iPhone, MacBook, watch- the whole shebang) but I promise we can still be friends if you’re a Nikon-guy or a PC-girl, or even both, ha!

My main squeeze is a Canon R6 and I use a Canon Mark III as a back up. I have an array of lenses in both fixed and zoom; most are Canon but I have a few Sony’s that I love for specific shots.

I do work with second shooters! However, on most occasions I don’t have one, and am quite comfortable going without. For weddings or large events I believe the extra pair of eyes and lenses gives me the ability to truly be in two places at once and capture important not-to-be-done-again moments from different angles. Also if you have a large wedding having a second shooter can facilitate keeping things moving quickly- in the good sense.  I have several second shooters that I work with regularly, and it is priced as an à la carte add-on that can be added to all of my wedding packages.

Where do I go from here?

Easy - go to my connect page and fill out the contact form. It asks a few simple questions, like the date of your wedding etc, and from there I will reach out to you to figure out a good time for our first date! We will set up a phone call or FaceTime so I can hear your visions and dreams for your wedding and get to know you… and what I can do to make sure that all those wonderful dreams get put on (photo) paper where you can relive those moments over and over and over again.
